20220922. This impressive 1974 John B Parkin concrete office tower will be demolished for a 62-storey @WZMHarchitects mixed use tower. It sits north of 488 University, another WZMH building whose concrete facade was lost.
20220921. The mid-rise Maclean Hunter building facade seems secured for the construction of the 55 storey United Building at University and Dundas.
