This fine specimen of 1878 industrial architecture at 15 Mercer St., built by Langley, Langley & Burke as stables for Verral Cab, Omnibus and Baggage Transfer Co., shall play facade for the 45-storey twin tower Nobu Residences, a condo, hotel, dining complex owned by Nobu Hospitality, a chain founded partly by Robert DeNiro.
