I like how far back the tower is set behind the former 1911 Manhattan Apartments and the current Charles on Church (BDP Quadrangle).

20250111. Formerly the Estonian House, 958 Broadview Ave will be redeveloped into a condo tower. The good news is the original building will be rebuilt minus the 1960s and 1970s additions.
20250110. I’ve enjoyed taking photos from this parking garage at 200 Queens Quay West. Its time has now passed.
20250107. Hanging out at the Warden Station pedestrian entrance for the last time. Taken January 3rd.
20241230. Development signs change over time. They fade and some go from 40 to 105 storeys. The signs sit on the coloured large aggregate concrete of the doomed Toronto Star building.
20241229. Another concrete tower bites the dust. A demolition permit for the Toronto Star building was accepted by the city on Dec 4th.
