20241230. Development signs change over time. They fade and some go from 40 to 105 storeys. The signs sit on the coloured large aggregate concrete of the doomed Toronto Star building.
20241229. Another concrete tower bites the dust. A demolition permit for the Toronto Star building was accepted by the city on Dec 4th.

20241227. It’s unusual to see an empty plot of land this big downtown (just north of Queen and Spadina). Guess what will be built here?
20241226. The last of the miniature chateau-styled Joy Gas Stations in Sunnyside Park (1937).
